C - Hotel and Suites Doha

I arrived early in the morning, and I was just hoping to leave my luggage at the hotel and entertain myself until my check in time but Lilian found me a room and let me check-in earlier with no extre fee. The room was very clean and had everything i needed. the check-out was also very smooth, I check-out a little late but the staff made no comment on that, Fahad, who was at the reception when I checked out, even offered multiple times to call an uber for me and he also brought me drinks. Lilian and Fahad were both very helpful, professional and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived at around midnight, so the 24hr reception was welcome. The location was not too far from the airport and very close to the National Museum. We were able to walk to the Musuem the next morning, as it was only around 500m away. The room was very spacious with high ceilings. It was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was roomy and clean. I thought that the cost was very good value for money.

LOCATION: Plenty of Doha's best sites were a short walk away, and there was also a nearby metro station that can get you around easily and in air-conditioned comfort. There is also a 24/7 convenience store directly across the road, which was perfect for me as I arrived after midnight and had to stock up on some goods. STAFF: The staff here was one of the highlights. They were so knowledgeable on Doha and the best things to do, don't hesitate to approach them for recommendations as they will not let you down. Also, I booked an extra night as I had a late departing flight and wanted to stay in my room until I had to leave. I put my room as DND, to save the cleaners the work, however a cleaner still took the time to come up to me when I was in the hallway and make sure I didn't need any cleaning done. This was such a simple yet pleasant interaction that I really appreciated, Qatari hospitality is some of the best in the world. ROOM: The bedding was fantastic and the overall ambience and energy of the room was very relaxing, which was perfect after having spent a long time in transit over in Dubai. There are also multiple smart control panels placed around the room, including next to your bed, that control all of the ceiling lights and A/C, as well as lamps that can be dimmed. The shower and bathroom facilities were also of top quality, the shower was large and spacious and everything was well cleaned and organised. VALUE: Considering how affordable the rates are for this hotel, I was stunned by how comfortable the experience was. The rate also includes free breakfast which I didn't even realise until I had arrived, there is also a pool and a gym. If you're looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Doha, this would have to be one of the greatest value options anywhere in town. Whenever I return to Doha I will 100% plan to stay here again, thanks to all involved that made my stay a memorable one. 😀

The hotel was close to Corniche and Souk Waqif. Easy to walk around, plenty of restaurants, even Metrostation is only a short walk away. Very friendly staff. Large selection for breakfast. It only takes a few minutes to the airport. They offer breakfast box in case you have to leave early.

Close to Hamad airport... taxi fee was small (42 QAR). Room was large. Hi tech electrical for lighting used even for setting your room as available to clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Good aircon. A kettle with english breakfast tea, but no milk. Easy walk to Souq Metro and in fact I walked there with luggage to get the Metro back to the airport (just 6 QAR). Easy access to old town attractions. Breakfast varied and plentiful with a restful atmosphere. I would stay there again.
